Humidifier for my cello? I just bought a new (old) cello. Of course people talk about the air being too dry in apartments (I'm in New York City). But now I'm googling and there's all this stuff about how you need a humidity gauge to assess the humidity, and it has to be separate from the humidifier so it won't assess the humidity right near where all this humidifying is taking place, and also humidifiers are stupid and they lie about how much they're humidifying, etc. etc., and I'm confused.
What should I do about the humidity in my apartment. Maybe it's not even too low!
